1. Digital Product Nature
All plans sold on myguardstech are digital software licenses delivered electronically. Refund eligibility is limited compared to physical goods.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated.
- If a key fails to activate due to a fault on our end, we issue a replacement or full refund.
- Once a license is activated, it is no longer eligible for a refund except where required by law.
